Aundh is an established residential and commercial neighbourhood just outside the PCMC border, reachable from Wakad via Baner.

Sangvi (including New Sangvi) is a dense residential area within PCMC, on the southern edge of the corporation limits and close to Aundh and Pimpri.

Pashan is a quiet residential neighbourhood on the Baner-Pashan link road, a short drive beyond Baner and Aundh.

Nigadi is a mixed residential and light-commercial area along the old Mumbai-Pune highway.

Hinjewadi is the major IT hub on the western edge of PCMC, home to Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park (Phases 1–3) and thousands of tech professionals.

Balewadi is a nearby neighbourhood just beyond the PCMC border, next to Baner and a short drive from our Wakad base.

Pimpri is a major node in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) area, with a mix of established residential neighborhoods, commercial markets, and light industrial zones.

Chinchwad is the commercial and residential heart of PCMC, with busy markets, residential colonies, and proximity to the Chinchwad MIDC industrial zone.

Bhosari straddles the residential and industrial divide, with established neighborhoods on one side and proximity to Bhosari MIDC on the other.

Chakan is a fast-growing area on the northern edge of the PCMC belt, with expanding residential developments alongside proximity to the Chakan MIDC industrial zone.
